You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on.About the RoleThe incumbent is expected to develop training materials, curate learning strategies in order to deliver high quality sales force for Partnership Distribution products. The job holder will work closely with product partners and sales head to ensure participants are fully equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales trend.Sales Training Management

  • Work with the Sales Training team to conduct all the vital training from Licensing (LIAM, CEILI, PIAM, TAKAFUL) to Onboarding to Post Onboarding Training of Rookies.
  • Develop and manage the delivery of learning and development strategy for all (existing & future projects) Sales Distribution Channels team.
  • Lead, coach and build high-performing PD Sales Academy team to support short, medium, and long-term business aim.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, align programs with business goal, and assess training effectiveness.
  • To analyze sales performance data in identifying trends and patterns to develop training strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Nurture continuous professional development within the team, department, and AIA Group L&D to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Manage training budget to ensure cost effective training.
  • Acquire feedbacks to explore and identify the most effective and innovative training, learning initiatives and projects to ensure PD is industry-leader in respect of professional development and learning experience.
  • Manage third-party relationships and contract negotiation with external providers to ensure training objectives are met and enhance the overall learning effectiveness.
  • Work closely and collaborate with all other AIA cross functional team (especially PD Business Academy) to outline training improvement for growth for scalability and sustainability of PD.
  • Leverage on learning technology through modernizing learning technology landscape and processes to adapt to latest technology trends.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and onboard top talent, utilizing effective sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to reinforce learning in driving continuous improvement in sales performance, along with retention strategies to ensure long term success.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
  • Work closely with the respective Distribution Channel Sales Head (DCSH) on Sales Personnel Performance and comes up with the vital Knowledge & Skill enhancement, includes Coaching, Sales Joint Fieldwork, and other deemed necessary.
  • Work closely with our Internal Stakeholders and Corporate Partners together with our DCSH to drive business through our Corporate Partners.
  • Build effective, collaborative working relationships with both internal and external senior leadership team, channel stakeholders, corporate partners stakeholders, internal and external sales team, AIA Group L&D, local HR teams to understand and continually re-evaluate organizational learning and development needs to ensure trainings are aligned with business needs.
  • Working closely with PBB K&L team to enhance and broaden the learning ecosystem between PBB & AIA.
  • Proactively engage and manage the positive communication with PBB stakeholders and AIA management team to ensure the success of training initiatives.
Job Requirements:
  • Tertiary education from a reputable University.
  • CFP/RFP Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 Years in the Financial Industry, specifically in Sales & Academy Training.
  • Trainers Management & Sales Target Management experience is a must.
  • Actual Sales Experience with Insurance products will have definite advantage.
  • Handling Agency Business and dealing with Agencies will be an added advantage.
  • Must have Strong Leadership Management Skill.
  • Must be very independent, proactive, resilient and sales result driven.
  • Must be mobile as outstation travelling is required and frequently within Klang Valley due to logistic of our Sales Personnel.
  • Must be able to Plan, Develop and Train on Training Modules and its Contents together with the team.
  • Other Trainer\xe2\x80\x99s Certification will be a plus point, e.g. 7 Habits, NLP, and others.
