Job Description

1. Design, plan, and manage plumbing, drainage, water supply, and sanitary systems for building projects.

2. Lead, supervise, and manage a team of technicians and contractors for all P&D works. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

3. Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation related to P&D systems.

4. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure designs comply with codes and standards.

5. Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of P&D systems to ensure quality and compliance.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to plumbing and drainage infrastructure.

7. Prepare and submit detailed technical reports, project progress updates, and compliance documentation to management

8. Manage the preventive maintenance schedule and troubleshoot complex issues within the P&D infrastructure

9. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
