This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of how we integrate our manufacturing defense line, ensuring efficient quality control and world-class performance.Key Responsibilities

• Drive Integration by seamlessly integrating our quality defense line through continuous data analysis, mining, and coverage studies.
• Collaborate extensively with teams from Wafer Fab, Backend Process, Quality, PIE, and Smart Manufacturing. Understand relationships across the defense line and determine the feasibility of \'shift left\' activities.
• Analyse and examine the correlation between wafer fabrication parameters and backend manufacturing issues to identify gap closure opportunities, collaborating with the process integration team to implement solutions.
• Perform thorough analysis and analytics on test data to identify underlying causes of issues and drive prompt resolutions.
• Take charge of global excursion investigations, using our advanced tools and data across defense lines to ensure quick and efficient resolutions.
• Identify and establish advanced controls, such as virtual metrology and predictive maintenance, through continuous data analysis.
• Ensure comprehensive defense line coverage for the introduction of new products, guaranteeing flawless quality control.
• Become the expert in defense line strategies, platforms, and systems, managing the roadmap for further enhancements to our Micron Backend Defense line.

Requirements

• Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in any Engineering field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Fab Process, PWF, Backend engineering processes, or package development.
• Proficiency in Python and scripting is an advantage.
• Experience in Data Science is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge of component test and/or module manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional data analysis, statistical analysis, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to make sound, data-driven decisions, prioritize, and apply due diligence in daily tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software, or any equivalent software.
