: Operation

• To plan and ensure smoothness of day to day operations.
• Supervise and guide security personnel based on their respective duties and responsibilities
• Able to communicate well with complaints from customers to overcome operational issues.
• To ensure all property or equipment provided by the company is in good condition.
• To carry out outpost visit/spot-check at sites from time to time.
• To ensure the number of security personnel is sufficient at each post on any work shifts.
• To convey instructions and order from Management to all security personnel.

Administration

• To prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and documents related to operations.
• To attend meetings held by the client or company without fail.
• To ensure all invoices and claims are sent to the customer and the company every month.
• To manage security guard leave, uniform and equipment in an orderly manner.
• To conduct any other duties as directed by the Management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be Malaysian citizen.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Graduate Diploma/ Higher in related field.
• Professional experience at least 3 years in security management system (managing of CCTV, Access Control System, VMS, EM Door Alarm and etc) is an added advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Law enforcement/protection experiences/ ISO standard implementation are value added.
• PC literate. At least has ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel).
• With good investigation, audit and interview skills.
• Supervisory and coaching skills, able to lead site security team and programs.
• Proficient in English and Malay languages.
• Confidence, perseverance, excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant working attitude, self-motivated, passionate, strong communication skills, eye for details and ability to handle conflicts constructively and firmly.
• Candidate must be able to work extra long hours and outside office hours if necessary.
• Willing to travel.
• Ex-police or ex-military personnel are encouraged to apply.
• Must posses valid driving license B2 and D.
• Must be clean from any criminal record.
• No bankruptcy records.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift
• On call

Supplemental pay types:

• Attendance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
