About the Role
We are urgently hiring
Credit Recovery Officers
to join our growing teamimmediately
. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience inTele-collection or Telemarketing
to start without delay.Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and follow up on customer payments. Manage accounts for clients such as government agencies, credit companies, cooperatives, universities, corporates, and telcos. Supervise and manage accounts to ensure timely collections and reduce arrears. Contact and remind customers of monthly payment obligations.
Requirements
Open to
male and female candidates
. Aged 20-30 years old. Malaysian citizen. Experience in Tele-collection or Telemarketing is an advantage.What We Offer
Basic salary:
RM1,700 and above
(depending on experience). AttractiveToken
EPF & SOCSO provided. Working hours:9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
