Ensure production delivery schedule adheres to the Daily Production Plan and work with Planner to constantly feedback latest production capacity.
Ensure high productivity, minimum downtime & machine regularly maintained.
Work together with team on quality issue, root cause and counter measure.
Involved in productivity improvement project, energy saving project, waste reduction project & etc.
Overall in charge of supervisors & workers attendance, performance and discipline issue.
Review & update production output of each machines.
Collaborate with commercial, quality control, warehouse and other staff.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
Candidates with 1 years related working experience in the Manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Candidates with HALAL/MESTI/GMP/HACCP knowledge or training is an advantage.
PREFFERED SKILLS
Possess strong leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, initiative and able to work independently.
Knowledge in process flow & process control.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
