Fortune Intermerge Sdn Bhd was established on 21 April 2003. The Company was restructured in February 2010 and is owned and operated by a team of entrepreneurs who had between them, acquired substantial expertise and knowledge of property development and construction industry, infrastructure and engineering sector. Today it is principally involved in the business of property development and building construction. The Company has been registered with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia since 22 February 2011. It is an affiliate member of Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers\' Association (SHEDA)
