Menjalankan tugas pentadbiran / klinikal di bawah arahan doktor dan penyelia / atasan. Tugas pentadbiran termasuk menjadualkan temujanji, menyimpan rekod perubatan, memberikan ubatan dan menerima bayaran seperti yang ditetapkan oleh doktor.

UKMKSB currently manages UKM Specialist Centre, a private medical centre. Other business units includes Optometri UKM Kesihatan, Poliklinik UKM Kesihatan, Farmasi UKM Kesihatan, Unit Pengurusan Implan, UKM K-Health and Klinik Pakar Pergigian MERS.
