Job Description
Attend daily muster, verify workers\xe2\x80\x99 attendance and issues work instructions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise and monitor work activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspect, maintain and reconcile all operational records \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist estate management in understanding and resolving worker\xe2\x80\x99s grievances and needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare monthly payroll, costing returns and monthly reports
