Key responsibilities

Inventory and stock management:

Ensuring the right products are in stock by monitoring levels, removing dated or damaged items, and restocking shelves and displays.

Product display and arrangement:

Creating visually appealing displays and arranging products to maximize their visibility and sales potential.

Sales and strategy:

Optimizing sales volume and profitability by using sales data to make recommendations for promotions and pricing strategies.

Collaboration and communication:

Working with buyers, suppliers, and store staff to manage product flow, promotions, and customer feedback.

Market analysis:

Researching market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform product and sales strategies.

Data analysis:

Tracking sales, identifying losses and profits, and analyzing customer feedback to predict sales trends and forecast demand.

Training and support:

Providing training to store staff on proper stock displays and handling, and assisting with customer service issues.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
