Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all kitchen and dining areas, including floors, equipment, and appliances, are kept clean and sanitized.
Clean all dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen tools after use.
Maintain cleanliness of trash and garbage disposal areas, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Wash, clean, and store kitchen equipment and utensils in the proper manner.
Operate dishwashing machines or manually wash dishes, pots, pans, and glassware.
Ensure that all clean dishes are free of spots and properly stored for use.
Assist with receiving and storing incoming food and kitchen supplies.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen tools, and inform the supervisor when items are low or need replacement.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to sanitation and food handling.
Follow proper food storage and handling guidelines.
Report any safety hazards or issues promptly to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in food and beverage service or catering is advantageous.
Collaborative attitude with a focus on achieving team goals and customer satisfaction.
Adherence to uniform and grooming standards as set by the establishment.
