Job Description

1. Bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya terhadap harta benda dan keselamatan kelab agar sentiasa terjaga dan terpelihara. 2. Memastikan semua pelawat yang ingin berurusan dengan kelab melaporkan diri di pondok pengawal / post pengawal sebelum dibenarkan masuk ke dalam kawasan kelab. 3. Membuat pemerhatian terhadap semua individu yang keluar masuk ke kawasan kelab. 4. Membuat rondaan di semua bangunan, padang golf dan tempat letak kereta setiap masa untuk memastikan keselamatan kawasan / bangunan dan tempat bertugas. 5. Merekodkan setiap kejadian yang tidak diingini di dalam buku laporan harian yang disediakan oleh pihak syarikat dan memaklumkan kejadian tersebut kepada penyelia atau pegawai atasan. 6. Pengawal keselamatan tidak boleh meninggalkan tempat bertugas masing-masing selagi tiada pengganti semasa pertukaran syif. 7. Memastikan kawasan bangunan/premis bebas dan selamat dari sebarang bentuk pencerobohan. Lain-lain tugas yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa oleh Ketua Jabatan (HOD) dan Pihak Pengurusan Ayer Keroh Country Club Berhad (AKCCB).
Ayer Keroh Country Club (AKCC) is a golf club managed by Ayer Keroh Keroh Country Club Berhad (Co. Reg. No.: 297044-M) located a mere 10-minutes drive from the Ayer Keroh Interchange of the main North \xe2\x80\x93 South Highway. Located beside the course is the zoo and \xe2\x80\x9cDataran Sejarah\xe2\x80\x9d (Ayer Keroh Square) \xe2\x80\x93 both popular tourist spots. The golf course carved out of virgin jungle and ready for play in 1964 was designed by a team led by Tun Dr. Abdul Ghaffar bin Baba, the then Chief Minister of Malacca and a golfing aficionado. The designers of the course very wisely maintained a large part of the virgin jungle so as to limit as much as possible the negative ecological impact the golf course would have on the area. Today golfers share the course with a varied species of birds, monkeys, squirrels, snakes and monitor lizards that live in the jungle lining the fairways of the course. The original course consisted of two nines referred to as Tunku\'s Nine (2nd nine) and Ghaffar\xe2\x80\x99s Nine (3rd nine). Another nine, Governor\xe2\x80\x99s Nine was added in the mid-nineties. The three nines hug a lake known as the Ayer Keroh Lake which comes into play at quite a few of the holes. AKCC has it\'s fair share of bunkers and other obstacles at strategic places, but the course is notorious for the jungle that lines both sides of almost every fairway and unmercifully punishes each and every wayward shot. In AKCC - \xe2\x80\x9cA ball lost is indeed a ball lost\xe2\x80\x9d.
