Job Description

1. Developing and enforce security policies to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors. 2. To recruit, select and train security personnel to ensure that they are adequately trained and competent to perform their duties. 3. Coordinating work schedules of all security personnel to ensure a secure environment at all times. 4. Periodically review security guards\xe2\x80\x99 performance. 5. To represent security department as one of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s safety committees. 6. Monitors all unusual activities in and around the factory that would impair the well being of visitors and employees. 7. To ensure that all security personnel have the required uniform/equipment to undertake their duties in a professional manner. 8. To complete security risk assessments on an annual basis and as and when required. 9. To liaise with local law enforcement authorities and emergency services. 10. Responsible for planning, developing and implementing security plans, security program. 11. Monitors and evaluates unit performance on key security issues and programs, recommends corrective action programs. 12. Assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
