1) Mengawal selia semua pekerja bawahannya menjalankan tugas dengan sempurna dan tingkah laku terhadap pelanggan mengikut prosedur syarikat. 2) Merekod kehadiran pekerja dan mengatur jadual cuti pekerja. 3) Memeriksa semua perkakas dapur dan barista serta memastikan keadaan premis sentiasa dalam keadaan bersih. 4) Memeriksa stok bekalan dalam keadaan baik dan terkawal.
