Technical Sales Representative \xe2\x80\x93 Plant Nutrition

Reporting to the Area Manager in Plant Nutrition for South East Asia \xe2\x80\x93 Agriculture BU, you will have to further develop Timab Magnesium\xe2\x80\x99s business activity in the field of agricultural ( plant nutrition ) for the continental Malaysian market.
Your main missions will be: To define the sales strategy according to the Area Manager for this region To prospect new clients To manage the distribution channels To take responsibility for your area and optimize your results (margins, volume and market share) with direct sales To guarantee the quality of our products and respect delivery deadlines to our customers To monitor the market (competition, potential clients, raw material cost, regulations) To insure the reporting to the Area Manager
Profil
Profile required:
You have a successful 2 - 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in a B-to-B environment. A first experience in sales of Agricultural products and/or familiar with trading commodities would be a plus.
You have a perfect command of Malaysian and you are proficient in English.
Knowledge of cultural and business practices in the agricultural landscape will be highly appreciated.
You are an excellent negotiator, and you are result oriented. You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and love to take up big challenges. Your reactiveness, rigor and excellent listening capabilities will give you what it takes to meet your customers\' needs.
You can work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
You love being outdoor on the field, travel in Malaysia is to be expected (70%).
