Tanggungjawab

Assist Restaurant Manager in the operation of the outlet including managing the staff.
Ensuring the service, quality product and cleanliness of the restaurant follows the standard operation procedure (SOP).
Ensuring the facilities and equipment are maintained to company\'s standard on day-to-day basis.
Monitoring staff performance and provide necessary training for them with an aim to improve and maintain highest quality of service.
Performing any other relevant duties as and when required.
