Job scopes: - Handling the recruitment process, from advertising, filtering resumes, contacting candidates, and arranging the interview session. - Assist in the staff onboarding processes, such as preparing related documents and necessary equipment. - To assist in the staff offboarding process - To organize, maintain and update the employee details and personnel records - To manage and handle the HR Systems used in the organization. - To prepare any needed letter or documentation to be issued to the staff. - To update and organize the documentation, such as LOA, Bond Contract, and others. - To cooperate with the Legal team for legal documentation. - To update and organize company policies and procedures and ensure legal compliance. Skills to gain: - Recruiting skills such as talent acquisition, networking, and branding skills. - Interpersonal skills such as time-management, communication, and critical thinking skills. - People management skills such as performance monitoring, career growth, and administration skills. Contract and benefits: - One year (12 months) contract basis. - Permanent offers will be provided if protegees are deemed suitable and valuable. - RM1,800 allowance per month. - EPF and SOCSO provided.
