An exciting People & Culture Associate job has just become available at a global pharmaceutical company based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

About the People & Culture Associate Role:
In this exciting role, you will lead and execute initiatives aimed at fostering a compassionate and diverse culture within the organisation while making a meaningful difference in society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the central point of contact for the company\'s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
• Keep up-to-date with relevant research and trends in CSR and coordinate employee volunteering programmes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Create and communicate HR-related news through various channels such as social media, internal newsletters, and other publications
• Establish connections with different institutions for employer branding purposes not limited to conducting career talks at universities or colleges
• Provide general administrative support when required
• Support the recruitment process and other HR duties when required

The successful People & Culture Associate must have strong knowledge in CSR and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in any related field
• Three to five years of experience in HR in a people- facing role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior stakeholders
• A team player
