Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott\'s Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia. Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell\'s soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia\'s extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam. They join The Arnott\'s Group\'s portfolio of brands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand\'s favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia. Position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Job Responsibilities: The People & Culture Manager/Lead, Supply Chain position is responsible for aligning Supply Chain business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role provides leadership and delivery of HR initiatives/objectives to the production operational functions (Supply Chain, Quality Assurance and Research & Development teams). The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Key responsibilities for the role to maintain effective level of business literacy about the business unit\'s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. Focused strong strategic advisor, implementation partner on people related matters including people development & training, talent management, engagement, recruitment and retention of employees. Take lead to on Industrial Relations / Employees\' Relations support and manage industrial harmony on the shopfloor, building strong working relations with the in house and national workers\' unions (including leading successful Collective Agreements (CA) negotiations). Key Requirements For Successful Applicant: Bachelor / Master qualification related discipline With at least 8 years\' experience in a HR generalist role with no less than 4 years in manufacturing environment and 4 years managing teams or people responsibilities. Experienced in Plant/ Business transformation. Experienced in Union Relation & employment legal. Understand end-to-end talent management - performance management, talent potentials, succession planning, etc. Experience with unionized environment, exposure in strong coaching experience. Exposure human resources, organization development, training or related talent planning field, preferably in a creative environment. Strong business acumen with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information, including involvement in budget and variable labour mix headcount planning. Authentic thought partner, and lead to provide creative solutions and unique approaches to HR/business challenges. Strong knowledge with Malaysian labour & industrial relationship regulation. Strong leadership & excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
