Your future job
As a People & Culture Officer at Melexis, you will be involved within a variety of activities, including managing internal processes and providing administrative support to the management and different company departments
More specifically, you will
Take ownership of internal company processes, such as travel arrangements, company phones, fleet, legal support, translation etc
Provide Site Administrative service such as pantry, grocery, reception etc
Contribute to global and local projects aiming at improving administration activities and communication
Contribute to the local branding and external company communication with third parties
Oversee supplier procurement for the site as key user, including negotiation, contracting, monitoring, and reporting
Be responsible for company events, such as workshops, business meetings, global meetings etc
Support Site Management Team on site projects for the implementation and execution of site processes and policies
Coordinate with government related authorities and Melexis related parties on logistic arrangement
Co-work with facility team on vendor management
