Manage benefits administration/ payroll processing in accordance with employee handbook/ statutory requirements.
Manage and maintain monthly analytics reports for People & Culture planning and strategies purpose.
Drive People & Culture process improvement related digitalization projects, employee engagement and branding activities
Support in driving the recruitment and hiring activities which inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering employment and onboarding, to fulfil the current and anticipated manpower needs of the organization.
Execute the day-to-day departmental operations, including employee records upkeeping, ISO audit process to ensure compliance, insurances remarketing and renewal and any related task as assigned.
Support the organization growth by aligning and reviewing the individual development plan/ succession planning/ short term/ long term business growth plan.
Support People & Culture team in various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
Academic Qualification:
Enrolled at least bachelor's degree in human resources management/psychology/business admin or relevant field.
Experiences:
Self-driven, good problem-solving skill and strong willingness to learn.
