WE\'RE RECRUITING!As one of the UK\'s fastest-growing MSPs, we\'re looking for a People Development Manager to join us!Location: CyberjayaSalary: Competitive Base + BenefitsJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeAt Organisation level: The People Development Manager at Nasstar involves collaborating with managers throughout the organisation to craft and implement impactful career development plans, with a primary focus on cultivating a motivating work environment, thereby ensuring that our employees have well-defined paths for their professional growth.At local level: You will be the main point of contact for our employees located in the Cyberjaya office. Your main responsibilities will encompass providing support for HR related matters such as disciplinary, capability, and grievances, while also managing minimal amount of IR/ER cases and overseeing vendor management for payroll and benefits.Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head of People and Culture to shape Nasstar\'s learning and development strategy, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Provide coaching and data-driven insights to enhance employee development, aligning with company goals and mitigating risks. Ensure fairness and consistency in performance management, including setting clear objectives, identifying improvements, and assisting with succession planning. Support implementation of policies/procedures, including disciplinary, capability and grievance. Resolve employee questions, enquiries and complaints, or direct them to the appropriate parties. Promote and reinforce cultural values in all activities. Identify and implement improvements for diversity and inclusion, health and happiness, work environment, recognition, and communication. What we are looking for: Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field or substantial working experience Experience in learning and development role, typically of at least five years. Comprehensive knowledge of local employment law. Demonstrable experience in implementing policies, procedures and other changes. Excellent communication in English language skills, including verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to challenge and influence all stakeholders. What Success Looks Like: Personal Development: You will drive consistency of approach across Nasstar in creating and maintaining career paths, developing our talent to support current and future organisational needs. Stakeholder Relationships: Building trust and credibility with managers and employees will be critical to success in this role. Performance Management: You will ensure that employees have objectives and personal development plans in place across the wider division. Employee Relations: You will advise, coach and train leaders to ensure employee issues which might pose a significant risk to the business and organisation are effectively resolved. Confidentiality: it is critical that our people, managers and senior team can trust and rely on you to keep sensitive business or personal information confidential.
