We are searching high and low for experienced People Experience Business Partner for our Credit, Collections, CX & BizOps functions across South East Asia region. What you will do:

• Be a role model for our vision, mission and values through behaviors and attitude.
• Act as trusted liaison between the company and employees.
• Assist in creating and executing strategic People Experience projects to enhance performance.
• Conduct regular touchpoints and meetings with respective business units.
• Consult with management, providing Px guidance when appropriate.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Px Group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the Legal and Compliance departments as needed/required.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Take a hands-on approach in monitoring the pulse of our employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
• Provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels of our business in a collaborative and consultative manner
• Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to the business

Requirements:

What we are looking for:

• You\'ve been a HR Business Partner for at least 6-8 years already, preferably in a Sales organization
