Here\xe2\x80\x99s what you will learn and gain across this 3 to 6 months internship.Exposure to Lendlease HR systems which includes but not limited to Workday, ServiceNow, DocuSign and many more.Experiencing the amazing things people operations do on a daily basis to support our People & Culture functions.Understanding of an end-to-end employee lifecycle management through the activities performed by the people operations teamResponsibilities:Support the people operations team in letters generation and issuance.Support the people operations team in workday employee data management which includes hiring, job changes, terminations and profile maintenance.Supporting in the management of background checks with external system providers to completion and ad hoc troubleshooting where requiredIdentify system & process improvementsRequirements:Having a positive, pro-active attitude and collaborative approachWilling to learn mindsetHuman Resource Management/any other related field\'s undergraduate in MalaysiaAre able to commit to 3 months and more.We work with purpose to design, build and curate places where people want to be and care about.
