Responsibilities: Be reporting to the Head of People in Singapore (HQ), you will join the malaysia shared services team in supporting matters pertaining to employee life cycle for South East Asia You will be the custodian and subject matter expert in supporting employees on matters pertaining to compensation and benefits, employee engagement and welfare, industrial relations, performance management, onboarding and exit administration Hold up high standards of candidate experience, contribute ideas to employer branding Be meticulous in preparation of contracts, administration of HRIS and have a keenest with ensuring data integrity and governance Utilize data and metrics to generate useful insights, to make meaningful recommendations to the business stakeholders You Are: Someone who wants to be part of the fun and nurturing People team - with a heart to strive for the best for ourselves and our People Passionate about the ways of working in a start-up and keenest to grow with a FinTech Holding at least 3 years of experience in a similar function, with sound experience in a HR generalist role Abreast with local Malaysia labor laws and HR best practices, an understanding of labor laws for the region would be preferred Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices for APAC would be ideal Adaptable and not shy from being creative to evolve with business needs If you are a passionate and driven People Ops Specialist/Manager with a proven track record in driving scale and innovation, eager to work in a fast paced environment and contribute to the dynamic company\'s growth and teams, we encourage you to apply.
