The purpose of this role as People Services Officer Tier 1 is to process 1st line employee requests. This role is responsible for providing timely and effective 1st line HR support to employees. This role is a regional role, supporting ASIA & MEPA countries.
What we ask
Minimum Requirements :Degree in HR, Communications, or a related field or equivalent by experience
Minimum 2 - 4 years of working experience in HR Operations and/or HR Shared Services environment
Ability to work with data
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Stakeholder management skills/Customer Oriented
Work well in a fast-paced complex environment
Experience supporting the China market is preferred.
Must be fluent in Mandarin.

Incoming RequestsProcessing end to end service requests on for example, hours and declarations, workforce administration, contracting, onboarding, learning administration, total rewards.
Keeping knowledge in our HR tools up to date.
Connecting data from various HR systems.
Changes and RegistrationHandling complex changes with standard deviations, processing them in the HR and time registration systems
Informing the employee regarding the question asked
Carrying out standard checks on the work using the 4-eye principle
Processing changes and corrections retroactively
Processing complex HR processes and employment conditions for multiple employees
ProjectsCarrying out temporary activities regarding HR projects within HR Services
Helps in operational execution of projects
Continuous ImprovementKeeping processes and work instructions up to date within the areas of responsibility
Continuously standardize processes in order to transfer them from Tier 1 to Tier 0
Formulating, in collaboration with Tier 2, standard solutions and/or procedures for common questions, activities or problems
