: Support new hire onboarding and off-boarding processes Support and assist to source for employee welfare and benefits Assist withpayroll cycles, coordination with stakeholders regarding verification of payroll records to ensure accuracy Assist with shared services operations including preparation of employment contracts, work pass applications, etc Contribute to continuous improvement of processes to maximise efficiencies Plan and execute staff engagement events Facilitate effective internal communication among staff, across various locations Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant HR experience Willing and able to travel between various sites located in both East and West of Singapore Experience working with operations and in a logistics environment will be a plus Organised, meticulous, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills Self-driven and able to work independently and in a team, with minimal supervision Able to work in a fast paced environment and deliver quality work while meeting deadlines Good knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive)
