People Services Time to Payroll (T2P) Senior Specialist - Greater Gulf
Key responsibilities
1. Operations Excellence for Time to Payroll:
a. Manage E2E Operations Time to Payroll (T2P) in the countries, in collaboration with external providers:
i. Payroll Management in timely manner with high integrity and compliance
ii. Time and Attendance Management in the country
iii. Ensure all relevant documentations are in place, updated and signed off with relevant parties
iv. Vendor Management for local benefits provider
v. PR/PO requestor for all local payroll and benefits provider
vi. Ensure that payroll input is ready for payroll cycle as per payroll calendar
vii. Manage all documents related to Time & Attendance, Benefits and Payroll (preparation, collection, viii. validation, archiving)
ix. Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
x. Provide Tier 2 support for this Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Attendance processes
xi. Stakeholders management with neighboring functions in local country
xii. Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take proactive measures
Prepare periodic reporting and ad-hoc reports
b. Ensure that payroll and benefit documentations are updated and signed off by respective parties, based on quarterly Global Core Model update
c. Ensure T2P transactions fulfill Golden rules and SBS People Services Executive KPIs, with proper documents in place if exception needed.
d. Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR
2. Process Excellence:
a. Identify room for improvement on the current processes through simplificaiton, standardization, harmonization, and automation
b. Close open items from the current SOP vs Global Core Model
c. Ensure all local articles related with T2P and Benefits admin for Greater Gulf is in place, updated in timely manner
3. Compliance:
a. Ensure that the day to day operations comply with Internal Control framework
b. Fulfill Control Self Assessment (CSA) in timely manner
c. Close all the audit findings (Internal Audit and External audit) and reflected in audit reporting system
d. Complete all mandatory compliance trainings in iLearn in timely manner
e. Comply with all HSE and security guidelines, including completing the mandatory training for HSE
4. Individual development:
a. Proactively develop self via Sanofi learning platforms (iLearn, CURIOUS, Sanofi University etc.)
b. Actively involve on the cross functional continuous improvement projects
c. Update Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Career aspiration in Workday in a timely manner
