Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, engaging, and results-driven training sessions to members and clients Guide members on exercise technique, workout structure, and basic fitness principles Support daily gym operations and uphold facility standards Build rapport with members and contribute to a positive training culture Participate actively in internal training, onboarding, and skill development programs

Requirements

Open to candidates with or without experience

Open to candidates with or without formal fitness-related education

Strong interest in health, fitness, and personal development Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and coachable mindset Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn, be trained, and follow structured systems
