Job Description

Role Overview

You will own and manage all digital acquisition channels for our business: that includes SEO, SEM (Google Ads), Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads / campaigns, as well as upkeep and optimization of the website (landing pages, UX, CRO). Your goal is to drive predictable, scalable lead-generation at efficient cost (CPA, ROAS), and improve conversion performance across funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning



Develop integrated channel strategies across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and organic (SEO / content) Define budget allocation, bidding strategies, and media mix Set monthly / quarterly goals (e.g. leads, cost per acquisition, ROAS)

Campaign Execution & Optimization



Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) Create / test ad creatives, ad copy, audience segmentation, lookalikes / retargeting Manage landing pages, A/B tests, funnel optimization Implement and oversee tracking / analytics (UTMs, conversion pixels, event tracking, attribution) Manage on-site SEO and technical SEO tasks Oversee content strategy (blog, social media, SEO content) coordinating with creators / content team

Website / Technical / CRO



Ensure site performance (speed, mobile, UX) Monitor conversion funnels, heatmaps, behavior analytics Perform regular audits (SEO, UX, technical) Work with developers / designers to push improvements

Data, Analytics & Reporting



Build dashboards, report on KPIs (clicks, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV) Identify insights, recommend optimizations Forecast future performance and scale budgets

Continuous Learning / Staying Updated



Keep abreast of changes in ad platforms, algorithm shifts, competition Test and pilot new ad formats, placements, features
Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related (or equivalent experience) 3-5+ years in performance / digital marketing, managing multiple channels Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Strong background in SEO (technical + content) Competence in analytics tools (Google Analytics / GA4, Ads Manager, Meta Business, TikTok Analytics, Data Studio / dashboards) Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, UTM, attribution models Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, site speed, and web architecture Strong analytical, data-driven mindset Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to prioritize and operate in fast-paced environments
Success Metrics / KPIs

Number of leads (or qualified leads) per month Cost per lead (CPL) Conversion rate (click ? lead) Return on ad spend (ROAS) Customer acquisition cost (CAC) Lifetime value (LTV) of acquired users (if applicable) Ad spend efficiency (waste minimization) Organic traffic growth (SEO) Bounce rate, time-on-site, user engagement Improvement in landing page performance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
