Isn\'t that beautiful Position Purpose: The Performance Marketing Executive will primarily plan, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns of key strategic brand partners. The candidate will work closely with the eCommerce commercial team and brand teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns while hitting traffic/performance KPIs on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, etc. The ideal candidate should be well versed in social media marketing & CPAS. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively within a multi-cultural team. Principal Accountabilities/ Scope: Strategize, execute, monitor, andmanage campaigns across multiple platforms Manage the platform\'s dailybudgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence toallocations and desired return Collaborate with datascience and marketing teams to discover, test data-driven ways to optimizeperformance What You Will Do: Map ad formats to advertisingobjectives Manage a test and learnstrategy across traffic to drive insight into brand traffic behaviour Create eye-catching andinformative pay-per-click text ads as well as continuously implement textads - A/B testing Plan and Optimize landingpage testing Report on key performanceindicators and lead generation initiatives Document campaign evolutionto monitor overall performance and identify best practices. Present account reviewsinternally Test new channels andtrends to build credibility, remain competitive and possess an added value Ensure a data led approachto all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy Requirements Have a Bachelor\'s Degree inrelated fields and equivalent combination of relevant education and workexperience that will allow successful performance of job expectations Have at least two (2)years\' proven experience in Performance Marketing and is proficient inderiving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data Strong analytical mindsetand comfort generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, andanalyses Strong problem-solvingskills, including the ability to effectively address any issue incollaboration with teams as appropriate Ability to work underpressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands andprioritize responsibilities. Knowledge and experience inretargeting/remarketing.
