Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience managing paid ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, ad funnels, and performance tracking.
Proven results in running live ad campaigns.
Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other relevant networks.
Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximum return on investment (ROI).
Analyse campaign data and performance metrics, identifying insights and opportunities for continuous optimisation.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives, captions, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and audience engagement.
Prepare detailed campaign and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, successes, challenges, and recommendations.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices - particularly across TikTok, Meta, and Google ecosystems.
Support in content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms when required, ensuring consistency with campaign calendars.
Handle ad hoc tasks and cross-functional projects as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to meet evolving business needs.
