  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing paid ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, ad funnels, and performance tracking.
  • Proven results in running live ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Added Advantages:
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with content marketing, SEO/SEM, or other marketing tools.
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist in developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other relevant networks.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyse campaign data and performance metrics, identifying insights and opportunities for continuous optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives, captions, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and audience engagement.
  • Prepare detailed campaign and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, successes, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices - particularly across TikTok, Meta, and Google ecosystems.
  • Support in content scheduling and publishing across social media platforms when required, ensuring consistency with campaign calendars.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and cross-functional projects as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to meet evolving business needs.
