• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels.
• Proficiency in Performance Marketing, A/B Testing, Social Media Marketing, Data Analysis, and Campaign Management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and target audiences.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Develop and implement creative, data-driven marketing campaigns to booost performance of clients' job ads (e.g., increased applications, higher visibility, better candidate quality
• Produce engaging, platform-specific content for social media channels, with a strong focus on Xiaohongshu & Tik Tok
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client needs, job requirements, target audiences, and campaign KPIS.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance; iterate quickly based on insights to optimize results.
• Stay up to date with trends in social media, employer branding, and recruitment marketing-especially within the Malaysian digital landscapes.
• Support A/B testing of content creatives, copy, and formats to identify top-performing strategies.
• Contribute ideas to improve our overall marketing toolkit and clienit onboarding process.
