Kelayakan

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, including at least 2 years in team management.
• Strong understanding of B2B advertising and SaaS/cloud computing service industry experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads strategy optimization.
• Excellent data analysis and A/B testing skills, familiar with marketing automation.
• Good communication skills and able to independently plan and execute international marketing campaigns.
• Experience in cloud ecosystem, agency, or MSP marketing is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with overseas marketing (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Latin America, Europe, or the U.S.) is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation is an advantage.
• Able to collaborate with technical teams to optimize performance through data-driven insights.

Tanggungjawab

• Develop the company's cloud computing marketing and related solution advertising strategies and execution plans.
• Manage the advertising and budget team, responsible for multi-channel strategy execution (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, TikTok, Baidu, etc.).
• Optimize advertising effectiveness and materials through data analysis to improve ROI and campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance lead quality and conversion efficiency.
• Work with creative and content teams to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Utilize data analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Research cloud computing market trends and competitive dynamics to provide strategic marketing support and recommendations.
