To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media and social platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead conversion. The role bridges performance marketing analytics with creative social media storytelling, ensuring Tune Protect's campaigns deliver both measurable results and brand impact.
Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Performance
Collaborate with web and data teams to ensure proper tracking implementation (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.).
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across key platforms ( ie Google Ads, Meta Ads )
Continuously monitor campaign performance and report key metric
Able to contribute in improving UI/UX on web/app and increase traffic best to the sites
Track and measure conversion funnels, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
Social Media Management
Develop, plan, and execute social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
Support in ideating and executing campaigns that build brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
Manage community interactions (responding to comments, DMs, and mentions) in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
Coordinate with creative teams or agencies to produce engaging visuals, videos, and copy.
Track and report on social media KPIs: engagement rate, reach, followers, sentiment, and share of voice.
Monitor social trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for content or campaign ideas
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing, paid media, or social media management, with experience working with agencies a plus.
Good English writing skills.
Basic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator)
Analytical mindset -- comfortable with dashboards, performance data, and reporting
Basic understanding of SEO and CRM integration is a plus
Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Possesses good and friendly communication skills, working with internal or external parties
