Role Context
You will join a growth-focused marketing team and own end-to-end paid media execution. This is a hands-on role with real budgets, direct collaboration with creative stakeholders, and clear performance targets. You'll work across a portfolio of campaigns, focusing on scalable acquisition and measurable outcomes.
What you can expect in this role:
Core channel ownership: you will primarily lead Search and Social campaigns, with exposure to Video and Display depending on business needs.
Real scale and accountability: you will manage live, performance-driven budgets across multiple campaigns and clients.
Fast testing culture: you'll be trusted to propose, launch, and iterate experiments that improve ROAS/CPL/CAC.
Strong collaboration: you'll work closely with creative and stakeholder teams to push winning concepts, not operate in a silo.
Responsibilities
Plan multimedia advertising campaigns based on clients' objectives & budgets.
Activate media campaigns as per approved media plans.
Implement tracking integrations as needed and provide campaign ad copies.
Effectively manage creative teams to deliver creative assets where required.
Conduct day-to-day implementations & optimizations of campaigns across Search, Social, Video, and Display channels.
Generate performance reports to offer actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives.
Manage project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within SLAs.
Participate in media strategy and planning for project pitches.
Foster and maintain close working relationships with clients and vendors.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of performance marketing experience.
Proficiency in ad ops to plan and execute media campaigns across Search, Social, Video, and Display c channels.
Strong hands-on familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, platform pixels, conversion APIs (e.g., Meta CAPI), and reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio / Excel / Sheets).
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Ability to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and project management skills to engage project stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data efficiently and effectively.
Self-organized and independent, capable of managing end-to-end projects with meticulous attention to d detail.
Eager to learn and continuously improve skills to grow with the organization.
Prior experience in media agencies, e-commerce, or account management roles is preferred.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
