We\'re looking for a highly-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own the end-to-end management and implementation of paid marketing campaigns. You will focus on executing digital strategies to deliver audience growth for Southeast Asia\'s 1st unicorn automotive-tech startup. Our platform provides consumers and wholesale businesses an integrated experience to buy and sell cars along with providing financing, insurance and after-sales services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical and will have a proven track record directly defining and managing multiple paid digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. What you will be doing: Manage end to end paid performance media portfolio that covers planning, strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across Search, Display, and Social Media Work closely with regional performance marketing lead to drive the region\'s growth agenda that include new product adoption, AB test & apply cross-market learnings Work closely with performance marketing analytics team by proactively analyzing available data sets, identifying trends/insights to maximize Return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) Collaborate with internal (marketing, content, sales, tech team) and external partners to operationalize performance marketing agenda such as formulating tactical campaigns, creative refresh and product adoption. Take ownership of technical implementation including but not limited to media pixel tagging, campaign troubleshooting, and attribution across various digital channels What we are looking for: Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in managing digital paid advertising channels including but not limited to SEM, Display, and Social Media Digital media planning in a performance-based organization (agency / client side) is a huge plus Hands-on experience in using various digital marketing & analytics tools including but not limited to Google marketing products (i.e. Google Ads, Editor, Data Studio, Analytics), and Facebook Business Manager (FBM). Hands-on skills in using spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation (PPT / Google Slides) Proven analytics & data driven thinking with the ability to make sense of various performance metrics, come up with learnings to action steps, and formulate optimisation tactics across multiple channels Performance driven mind-sets who strive and take pride in delivering results above expectations. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate on the nuances of the campaigns in a layman\'s terms to internal stakeholders Strong time management skills with ability of handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment Digital native with keen-eye on the latest digital marketing trends (i.e. emerging digital media channels, performance optimisation techniques,etc.)
