Job Description

We are looking for a performance engineer who is responsible for non-functional testing. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of Load Runner and Performance Analysis. Hands-on experience with tuning high-performance applications and a good understanding concerning tasks, threading, memory management, and similar topics. The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate \xe2\x80\xa2 Writing performance scripting using Loan Runner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying bottlenecks across software, micro-architecture, and architecture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish performance objectives and Work closely with the team to understand data needs/environment/etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Write comprehensive performance test plans for load testing, stress testing, soak testing, and scalability testing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify problems and associated performance measurement risks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide progress updates and escalate project risks and issues to the project lead/project manager. Our Ideal Candidate \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ years of hand on experience in planning and execution of performance testing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design strategies and test scenarios to define performance tests from Non-Functional Requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to create complex scripts to deal with particular flows and problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain code-level unit tests relevant to the application(s) and testing automation code. Soft Skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate with business stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive, self-starter, autonomous, self-motivated, multi-tasking, solution oriented with proven results.
