Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests using JMeter and LoadRunner. t t * t
Analyze performance results, identify system bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies. t t * t
Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve application and database performance. t t * t
Develop and maintain performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, and reports. t t * t
Ensure performance standards and KPIs align with business and technical requirements. t t * t
Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and contribute to long-term improvement initiatives. t
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline. t t * t
3-5 years of experience in performance testing within enterprise environments. t t * t
Proficient in JMeter and LoadRunner (mandatory). t t * t
Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and database performance tuning. t t * t
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. t t * t
Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional technical teams. t t * t
