\xe2\x80\xa2 Teach between 75 % of weekly load; if teaching load is lower, other related responsibilities will be allocated \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide a variety of learning experiences that actively engages students and are appropriate for their individual needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop year plans, unit plans, and lesson plans \xe2\x80\xa2 Observe and evaluate student\'s performance and development \xe2\x80\xa2 Assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide appropriate feedback on work \xe2\x80\xa2 Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate and complete records of students\' progress and development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support after school activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform any duties in supporting students, i.e. language support, remediation etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform certain pastoral duties including but not limited to student support, counseling students with academic problems, and providing student encouragement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in extracurricular activities such as social activities, sporting activities, clubs, and student organizations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend and participate in faculty and parent meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set a positive example for students. \xe2\x80\xa2 Show respect for students, value their individual talents, differentiate according to their abilities, and create opportunities for success. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain consistently high expectations for student achievement and behaviour. \xe2\x80\xa2 You shall perform other duties that may be assigned to you by your superior from time to time
