Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily management of permitting activities by vendors scopes shall include

weekly update on progress, escalation to vendors management and reporting to Project Managers.

• Managing relationship to jurisdictions and ROW contacts such as local councils (PBT), JKR

& Landlords.

• Working in closely with underlying rights group to identify and prepare start work permit and building access.
• Oversees timely permitting submission, consent letter, BD/BG payment, permit follow with the PBT & JKR.
• Monitor & manage all permitting activates by Vendors inclusion liaison with state appointed OSA (One stop agency).
• Monitor & manage mapping works activities by Vendors and appointed UDM companies.
• Records and track CPC (Certificate of Practical Completion) acceptance for all completed projects and responsible to trigger the deposit refund from each PBT & JKR.
• Assists permitting team on permitting challenges by attending the meeting and to have good relationship with local councils & authority for immediate solution.
• Timely tracking of project progress, escalation, and consistent reporting to rollout manager on timely manner.
• At the end of project, to oversee the deposit recovery from LC\xe2\x80\x99s/JKR to be within 2 years period

Job Requirement:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication)
• Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Others or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Chinese,Malay language for both spoken and written
• 3 Contract positions available
