Job Requirement: Minimum SPM/Diploma/Bachelor\'s in related field Proficient in English, Bahasa and Mandarin Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and other : 1) Legal Duties Attending to litigation, conveyancing, probate and other matters. Maintenance of file record: upkeep of disbursements ledger, preparing correspondence, filing of documents, attendance to clients, preparing of bills, handling of payments and issuance of receipts etc. E-filing, online payment and extraction of legal documents for matters in civil courts, court of appeal and industrial court, preparing copies for service including renewal of digital certificate etc Conducting government official forms for submission whenever required including CKHT, JPN, Jabatan Accountant Negara etc Other duties as may be assigned from time to time as the case required 2) Account duties Managing and keeping record of petty cash Account ledger entry and filing of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts for petty cash, Firm\xe2\x80\x99s accounts and Client\xe2\x80\x99s account Making payments and keeping record of all bills including professional indemnity Attending to online payment of EPF, SOCSO, staff salaries etc Other duties as may be assigned from time to time as the case required 3) Administrative duties Attending daily to emails, telephone calls, fax, acceptance of service of court documents etc Preparing correspondence and documents for submission to SLS and Registry of High Court for renewal of Annual Certificate to Practice including keeping record of CPD Points 4) General office duties Purchase of stationary, sundries, staff refreshments, medicine, parking coupons etc Other duties may be assigned from time to time Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
