Coordinate with the
marketing, event, and production teams
for smooth timing and logistics.
Remind and prepare the artis for upcoming commitments.
2. Travel & Event Logistics
Arrange
transportation, accommodation, and meals
for outstation events or collaborations.
Ensure all props, outfits, and event materials are packed and ready.
Accompany the artis to events and provide on-site assistance (touch-ups, communication, coordination).
Manage backstage or pre-event needs to ensure the artis's comfort and readiness.
3. Communication & Coordination
Act as the main liaison between the artis and internal teams (marketing, event, PR).
Handle messages, calls, and emails on behalf of the artis when necessary.
Coordinate with partners, collaborators, or media representatives professionally.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications.
4. Image & Presentation Support
Assist with
wardrobe selection, styling coordination, and outfit prep
before events or shoots.
Ensure artis maintains a polished, brand-aligned appearance (Kunafa Aiwahh's cultural & modern aesthetic).
Work with photographers and content teams during shoots to ensure good visual presentation.
5. Event & Media Support
Accompany the artis to
media appearances, recordings, or collaborations
.
Prepare cue cards, talking points, or briefing notes when required.
Help manage crowd interactions, fan photos, and on-site communications politely and efficiently.
6. Administrative & Personal Tasks
Handle reimbursements, petty cash, and daily expense tracking.
Organize personal errands (deliveries, appointments, etc.) when approved.
Maintain records of event details, travel itineraries, and contact lists.
7. Planning & Initiative
Anticipate the artis's needs ahead of events or travel.
Suggest improvements for efficiency, comfort, or image management.
Maintain flexibility -- the role requires
adaptability to irregular hours and last-minute changes
.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Admin, Mass Comm, Event Management, or related field.
1-3 years' experience as a PA, talent assistant, or event coordinator.
Fluent in
English and Bahasa Melayu
Possess valid driving license (Class D/B2) -- ability to drive if needed.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Must be
trustworthy, discreet, and flexible
with working hours (weekends, nights, travel).
