Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Director\'s Office.
  • Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administration.
  • Manage office facilities, supplies and maintenance.
  • Handle monthly accounts of the Director.
  • Assist with Mandarin Language translation.
  • Assist other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Director.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate
  • Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in accounts will be an advantage.
