Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Butterworth. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, communication, diary management, clerical skills, day-to-day tasks associated with social media marketing like creating and maintaining social media pages, creating social media content and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders
  • Diary Management and Clerical skills such as data entry, record keeping, and file maintenance
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Social Media or Digital Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
  • Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Ability to travel
