Requirement: \xc2\xb7 fluent in English & Malay (other language is a bonus) \xc2\xb7 able to use Microsoft services effectively \xc2\xb7 can work with others \xc2\xb7 Diploma holder of any \xc2\xb7 at least 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant Working hours: \xc2\xb7 flexible & follow director\'s schedule \xc2\xb7 9am to 6pm standard hours \xc2\xb7 will only be in the hospital \xc2\xb7 Saturday & Sunday off \xc2\xb7 Public Holiday may work according to director\'s schedule Jobscope: \xc2\xb7 Assists the Managing Director with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas \xc2\xb7 to collect data requested by director \xc2\xb7 create reports \xc2\xb7 time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note-taking \xc2\xb7 answering phone calls, taking notes, emailing, texts etc. Benefits: \xc2\xb7 Medical facilities available. \xc2\xb7 Willing to work overtime when needed. \xc2\xb7 Have good communication skills, attractive, high self-confidence, diligent, creative, dedicated, responsible, and active sports. \xc2\xb7 Kindly email to us your updated resume, supported document and contact number.
