? Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director/CEO.
? Manage schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
? Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and confidential documents.
? Act as the main liaison between management, staff, and external parties.
? Handle calls, correspondence, and follow-ups professionally.
? Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company projects and events.
? Maintain proper filing systems and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
? Support HR, finance, and operations departments when necessary.
3. Requirements:
? Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
? At least 1-2 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.
? Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with business correspondence.
? Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment, discreet and responsible.
