Job Description



Manage top executive's personal related matters and performing secretarial and administrative duties. Schedule business and personal meetings and travel arrangements. Attend to administrative and confidential matters assigned by the top executive. Organize and coordinate meetings, arranging appointments and writing minutes. Coordinate with respective person-in-charge in the development on completion of projects/assignments. Liaise with internal departments, coordinating and follow-up the progress of all cases till case closed. Maintain a well-organized filing system that secures confidential file. Liaise with internal and external contacts. Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of personnel, clients, and business partners. Manage communication including emails in both English & Mandarin. Any other ad-hoc work matters as assigned by superior.
Requirements

At least 6 years of working experience as Personal Assistant or secretary. Independent, responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.. Good communication and follow up skills A good and effective problem-solver with a likeable personality Good oral and written communication skills: Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking superior, English & Bahasa for daily work.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
