Job Description


Salary offer: RM2,500 - RM5,000 per month

Location: Surian Tower, No. 1 Jalan PJU 7/3, Mutiara Damansara,47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia

Contract period: 3 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (can convert to permanent or renewable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Schedules and managing calendar appointments and meetings.

\xe2\x97\x8f Arranging travel plans, itineraries and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

\xe2\x97\x8f Plans, coordinates and ensures the Director\'s schedule is followed and respected. Provides a gatekeeper role for direct access to the Director\'s time and office.

\xe2\x97\x8f Screen phone calls, inquiries, requests and redirect them when appropriate.

\xe2\x97\x8f Handle and prioritise all outgoing or incoming correspondence to ensure confidential documents remain secure.

\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare Director\'s claims to be submitted within the time frame.

\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with the driver on Director\'s travelling time.

\xe2\x97\x8f To assist departmental administration work i.e. compiling report, monitoring budget, prepare purchase requisition, to support front office work (Managing parcel - delivery and receiving), etc.

\xe2\x97\x8f Undertake any ad-hoc and special tasks given by Director\'s.

Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f Degree in business administration, communications or similar related administrative roles.

\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 4-5 years working experience in a secretarial job to senior management level, ie Director\'s, Head of Company, Senior General Manager, etc.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong verbal and written communication skills.

\xe2\x97\x8f Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

\xe2\x97\x8f Independent and able to work under minimal supervision.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to build relationships at all levels.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.

\xe2\x97\x8fAbility to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment.
