Requirements / ?????

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English to facilitate bilingual communication and documentation.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.

Key Responsibilities / ?????
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director, ensuring smooth daily operations.

  • Prepare, type, format, and edit reports, presentations, correspondence, and legal or business documents.
??????????????????????
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential databases with discretion.
????????????????
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, appointments, meetings, and events for the Director.
????????????????????
  • Handle confidential communications between departments, clients, and external partners.
????????????????????
  • Prepare minutes, meeting briefs, and track follow-ups from discussions and directives.

  • Accompany the Director to business meetings, client visits, or social engagements when required.

  • Liaise with clients, associates, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Oversee office-related logistics including mail, supplies, courier services, and meeting arrangements.
